Property Tax Relief

Would limit annual property tax increases to 5%. The measure is currently under legal challenge in another Missouri county; the county clerk has stated Madison County will await the outcome of that case before implementation if the measure passes.

A levy of $0.05 per $100 of assessed property value to fund services for residents age 60 and older, including the Madison County Senior Center.
